Civil Site Foreman – Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.
- Allocate work to labour, masons, carpenters, bar benders, and other workers.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and approved methods.
- Monitor RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, brickwork, plastering, flooring, and finishing activities.
- Check levels, line, alignment, dimensions, and quality of workmanship.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Contractors, Supervisors, and Subcontractors.
- Ensure proper availability and utilization of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain daily records of manpower, material consumption, work progress, and site activities.
- Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed within the planned schedule.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the Site Engineer/Project Manager for solutions

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
