Key Responsibilities

1. AI-Powered Content Creation

- Use ChatGPT and other generative AI tools to ideate, research, write and develop social media content.
- Create AI-assisted scripts, captions, hooks, visual concepts and content ideas.
- Explore and use AI tools for image generation, video generation, voiceovers, animation and creative production.
- Develop efficient AI workflows to produce high-quality content at scale.
- Experiment with new AI tools and identify creative applications for JyotishGram.

2. Social Media Content

- Create content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn.
- Develop Reels, short-form videos, carousels, static posts, stories and promotional creatives.
- Create scroll-stopping hooks and engaging storytelling formats.
- Turn astrology topics into simple, relatable and shareable content.
- Repurpose blogs, app content and long-form material into multiple social media formats.

3. Video Creation & Editing

- Create and edit short-form videos/Reels using CapCut, Canva, VN or similar tools.
- Combine AI-generated visuals, stock footage, text, music, voiceovers and animations.
- Add subtitles, transitions, effects and other elements to improve viewer retention.
- Adapt videos to current social media formats and trends.
- Continuously experiment with different video styles, hooks and storytelling techniques.

4. Canva & Visual Content

- Create social media posts, carousels, thumbnails and promotional creatives using Canva.
- Use AI-powered Canva features and other design tools to speed up creative production.
- Maintain consistency with JyotishGram's visual identity.
- Create visually appealing astrology, festival, zodiac and spiritual content.

5. Content Editing & Quality Control

- Edit AI-generated content to make it natural, accurate, engaging and human-like.
- Review AI-generated astrology content for factual errors, repetition, inappropriate claims and misleading information.
- Proofread scripts, captions and creatives before publishing.
- Ensure all content follows JyotishGram's brand voice and editorial guidelines.
- Maintain a balance between traditional astrology concepts and modern, easy-to-understand communication.

Trends & Content Research

- Monitor Instagram, Facebook and YouTube trends.
- Identify trending topics, formats, sounds, hooks and visual styles relevant to JyotishGram.
- Research astrology, spirituality, numerology and festival-related content opportunities.
- Adapt relevant trends into original JyotishGram content rather than simply copying existing content.

7. Content Calendar & Execution

- Plan and maintain a weekly/monthly social media content calendar.
- Develop content around festivals, astrological events, zodiac signs, numerology and trending topics.
- Ensure consistent publishing across platforms.
- Work with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotional activities.

8. Performance & Optimization

- Monitor views, reach, watch time, shares, saves, comments and follower growth.
- Identify high-performing content formats and topics.
- Use performance data to improve future content.
- Test different hooks, formats, captions and creative approaches.

- Experience managing Instagram/Facebook/YouTube pages.
- Experience creating viral/engaging Reels.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics.
- Experience working with a startup or digital-first brand.
