About the Role

Raaasha Invotech Private Limited is looking for a skilled and technically proficient HVAC Technician to join our Production / Service & Testing team.

The candidate will be responsible for the installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, servicing, and maintenance of HVAC and refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical components, HVAC equipment, and basic control systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, test, commission, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Troubleshoot HVAC equipment and identify electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related faults.
- Perform refrigerant charging, recovery, leak testing, and vacuuming.
- Handle and work with compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves, blowers, fans, and related HVAC components.
- Perform electrical wiring and basic electrical troubleshooting of HVAC systems.
- Check and monitor operating parameters such as pressure, temperature, current, and voltage.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Perform performance testing and ensure HVAC systems operate according to the required specifications.
- Maintain proper service, testing,



and maintenance records.
- Follow safety procedures while handling refrigerants, electrical equipment, tools, and machinery.
- Coordinate with Production, R&D;, and Quality teams during system testing and troubleshooting.
- Maintain HVAC tools, testing equipment, and the work area properly.

Required Skills

- Good practical knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Strong understanding of the refrigeration cycle and HVAC components.
- Knowledge of refrigerant charging and recovery procedures.
- Ability to read and understand basic electrical wiring diagrams.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and control systems.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to use HVAC testing instruments, measuring equipment, and hand tools.
- Knowledge of HVAC safety procedures and proper refrigerant handling.
- Ability to work effectively with production and technical teams.

Educational Qualification

- ITI / Technician Certification in HVAC or Refrigeration
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering – Preferred

Experience

- 2+ years of relevant experience in HVAC / Refrigeration.
- Freshers with robust practical knowledge and hands-on skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
