Job Overview

Hi-Centrix Placement Services is looking for dynamic, result-oriented Sales Managers / Business Development Managers to join our growing team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting our immigration and visa consultancy services.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate, qualify, and convert leads for immigration and visa consulting services.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client consultations to understand requirements and recommend suitable immigration pathways.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and referral channels.
- Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, seminars, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and contribute to business growth initiatives.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Immigration Consulting, Education Consulting, or a related service industry.




- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English.
- Robust ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred. Candidates without a degree may also be considered based on relevant skills and experience.
- Age: No bar.
