Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Sales & Marketing professional to drive business growth in the Food Additives segment. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing customers, and increasing sales of our food additive Calcium Propionate (CP), Sodium Caseinate, Calcium Caseinate, Full Fat Milk Powder (FFMP), and Wheat Gluten products.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new B2B business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Identify current markets, and clients.
- Promote the company's food additive products to food manufacturers and processing industries.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain customer records.
- Ensure timely payment collection from customers.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and business meetings when required.

Skills Required

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of the food ingredients market.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Willingness to travel extensively.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
