Role Description The Assistant Barista role at Roobaroo Café is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad.



The Assistant Barista supports senior baristas in preparing and serving specialty coffee and other beverages to guests while maintaining Roobaroo's standards for taste, presentation, and consistency. Daily tasks include operating coffee equipment, assisting with food and beverage preparation, keeping the service area clean and organized, and ensuring hygiene protocols are followed. The role involves greeting guests, taking orders, answering questions about the menu, and providing friendly, attentive customer service. The Assistant Barista also helps with restocking supplies, coordinating with the kitchen team, and contributing to the overall welcoming atmosphere of the café.
