We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant captian / service staff to join our team . The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, customer service, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily restaurant operations
* Manage and train staff to deliver excellent customer service
* Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
* Control costs and maximize profitability
* Prepare staff schedules
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
* Robust leadership and communication skills
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
* Knowledge of food safety regulations
* Must have valid hotel management degree or deploma
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
