We are looking for a passionate and performance-driven Performance Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, manage, and optimise digital advertising campaigns to generate quality leads, increase conversions, and maximise ROI.

Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital advertising platforms.

- Develop performance marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads and drive business growth.

- Manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Meta lead generation campaigns.

- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.

- Create and optimise ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and campaign funnels.

- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates.

- Continuously optimise campaigns to improve performance and reduce customer acquisition costs.

- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and Conversion APIs.

- Analyse campaign data and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, headlines, landing pages, audiences, and campaign strategies.

- Coordinate with the design and content teams to develop engaging advertising creatives.

- Manage advertising budgets effectively and ensure maximum return on investment.

- Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, tools, and platform updates.





Skills And Qualifications

- 1–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid advertising.

- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

- Experience in lead generation, conversion optimisation, and performance-driven campaigns.

- Good understanding of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.

- Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.

- Experience with landing page optimisation and conversion funnels.

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and advertising budgets.

- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Google Ads Certification.

- Meta Blueprint Certification.

- Experience working with software development companies, IT services, SaaS products, or B2B businesses.

- Experience in UAE, India, or international markets.

- Knowledge of CRM integration, lead tracking, and marketing automation tools.

- Quality lead generation and conversion rates.

- Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).

- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

- Campaign ROI and budget utilisation.
