Experience: 2–3 years as a Batch Operator
Qualification: 12th / Graduate / ITI / Diploma in Mechanical
Salary: As per industry standards

Key Responsibilities

- Operate PLC-based batching systems for feed production.
- Ensure correct feed formulation as per recipes.
- Maintain batch records and system logs.
- Handle basic PLC troubleshooting and report errors.
- Perform basic mechanical tasks and work independently.
- Follow safety and operational procedures.
- Work in shifts, including weekends when required.

Required Skills

- Experience in feed manufacturing/batching operations.
- Basic knowledge of PLC-based systems.
- Basic mechanical knowledge.
- Ability to understand and follow feed formulations.
- Valuable record-keeping and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
