Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Tender Executive to manage and coordinate tendering activities, with strong knowledge of the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Portal and e-tendering processes.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant tenders, preparing and submitting bids, coordinating tender documentation, and ensuring timely compliance with all tender requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Search, monitor, and manage relevant tenders on the GeM Portal and other e-tendering platforms.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids as per tender requirements.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, terms, and conditions.
- Coordinate with internal departments for required documents, quotations, and approvals.
- Track tender deadlines, EMD,



bid status, and results.
- Maintain records of tender submissions and related documentation.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all tender-related documents.
- Follow up on tender-related queries, clarifications, and post-bid requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in tender management/e-tendering.
- Strong knowledge of the GeM Portal is mandatory.
- Automobile industry experience is mandatory.
- Good understanding of government tenders and bidding procedures.
- Strong documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet strict deadlines.
