About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Fundraising Executive to support our organisation in raising funds for various social-impact projects. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential donors, CSR partners, foundations, and funding opportunities and building strong qualified relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential donors, CSR companies, foundations, trusts, and funding agencies.

• Conduct donor and CSR outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings.

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing donors.

• Research and identify relevant CSR and grant opportunities.

• Assist in preparing fundraising proposals, pitches, presentations, and concept notes.

• Coordinate with the proposal and project teams for fundraising requirements.

• Regularly follow up with potential donors and maintain a proper follow-up tracker.

• Maintain and update the donor and fundraising database.

• Support fundraising campaigns and donor engagement activities.

• Track fundraising leads, meetings, proposals, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Assist in donor communication, acknowledgements, and reporting.

• Work towards assigned fundraising and outreach targets.





Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.

• 1–4 years of experience in fundraising, business development, sales, donor relations, CSR, or a similar role.

• Previous experience in an NGO/non-profit organisation will be preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong English communication and basic professional writing skills.

• Good follow-up, networking, and relationship-building abilities.

• Comfortable with calls, emails, meetings, and outreach.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

• Self-motivated, organised, and proactive.

Preferred Experience

• NGO or non-profit fundraising experience.

• Experience in CSR outreach or corporate partnerships.

• Experience approaching donors, corporates, foundations, or trusts.

• Knowledge of fundraising campaigns and donor management.

• Experience using LinkedIn for professional outreach will be an advantage.
