Overview

We are seeking a motivated, target-oriented Field Sales Officer with strong communication and interpersonal skills to support customer acquisition, sales, and relationship management in the local market.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire recent Savings and Current Account (CASA) customers.
- Mobilize fixed deposits and recurring deposits.
- Source and generate retail loan business.
- Cross-sell insurance products to customers.
- Promote digital banking products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.




- Conduct field visits and engage with prospective customers.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned market.

Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A sales-oriented mindset and interest in field marketing.
- Knowledge of the local market and customer segments.
- Basic understanding of banking and financial products.
- Customer acquisition and relationship-building skills.
- A target-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or field sales preferred.
- Experience in banking, financial services, or field sales preferred.
