nRole Purpose
NResponsible for accurately boarding commercial credit facilities into the bank‘s loan servicing system following loan closing. Ensure all loan terms, covenants, collateral details, and customer information are established accurately to support servicing, disbursement, billing, and regulatory compliance.

nKey Responsibilities

nLoan Setup & Validation
N

nReview executed loan documents and booking instructions.
NBoard commercial loans, lines of credit, term loans, revolvers, and syndicated facilities into servicing systems.
NValidate borrower information, facility structure, pricing, payment schedules, fees, and collateral details.
NVerify documentation completeness prior to booking.

nQuality & Controls
N

nPerform dual verification of loan attributes.
NIdentify documentation discrepancies and escalate exceptions.
NAdhere to bank policies, regulatory requirements, and SOPs.
NMaintain audit-ready records and documentation.

nStakeholderCoordination
N

nPartner with Loan Closers, Relationship Managers, Credit Administration, Legal, and Servicing teams.
NCommunicate booking status and exceptions.
NSupport customer and internal inquiries related to loan setup.

nReporting
N

nTrack boarding volumes and turnaround times.
NUpdate workflow tools andoperational dashboards.
N

nRequired Qualifications
N

nBachelor‘s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent. Candidates with CFA/ FRM or pursuing are preferred.
N0-2 years of banking operations experience.
NUnderstanding of commercial lending products preferred.
NStrong attention to detail and analytical skills.
