About the Role We’re looking for a Creative Project Manager to be the operational backbone of the design team. You’ll own the end-to-end delivery of creative projects — from large-scale brand and festive campaigns to product launch assets, social content, and merchant communication — ensuring work moves smoothly from brief to final delivery, on time and to an exceptionally high quality bar. Build and maintain project schedules; proactively flag risks, bottlenecks, and scope creep , especially during high-velocity periods such as sale events and festive campaigns. Manage multiple concurrent projects across brand, digital, social, and in-app surfaces . 2. Team & Resource Management Allocate work across designers, illustrators, motion artists, copywriters, and external agency/freelance partners based on skills, bandwidth, and priorities.
