nKey Responsibilities
NPackaging Development & Technical Excellence

- n
- Lead packaging development from concept through prototyping, validation, scale-up, and commercialization. N
- Develop robust packaging specifications covering materials, dimensions, performance, functionality, quality, and manufacturing requirements. N
- Apply Quality by Design (QbD) principles to identify critical requirements, risks, and controls early in development. N
- Drive packaging performance testing, trials, validation, and technical problem solving. N

nConsumer-Centric & Design-Led Innovation

- n
- Translate consumer needs, insights, trends, and behaviors into innovative packaging solutions. N
- Partner with Marketing,Consumer Insights, R&D;,



and Design teams to develop differentiated packaging concepts. N
- Apply design-led approaches to improve usability, convenience, aesthetics, functionality, and overall consumer experience. N
- Leverage consumer research and testing to validate packaging concepts and optimize solutions. N

nDigital & E-Commerce Validation

- Integrate digital-first validation into packaging development to accelerate learning and decision-making. N
- Conduct e-commerce simulation to evaluate packaging visibility, communication, differentiation, protection, and consumer experience in digital channels. N
- Leverage digital prototyping, virtual testing, and other emerging tools to reduce development timelines and physical iterations. N
