nAbout the Role
NWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in property accounting, financial management, and service charge reconciliations. Hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager is a strong advantage, as this role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, generating reports, and managing end-to-end property financials.

- Property Accounting & Lease Administration N
- Oversee day-to-day property accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries. N
- Partner with the lease administration team to ensure precise recording of lease terms, tenant billing, and financial updates. N
- Preparation of property-related VAT returns. N

n Financial Reporting & Analytics

- Prepare, analyze,and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for managed properties. N
- Reconcile accounts, identify discrepancies, and perform variance analysis against budgets. N
- Deliver clear commentary and explanations on financial performance to clients. N
- Generate customized financial reports using standard software tools to support decision-making. N
