We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to facilitating interviews and onboarding. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying talent and a strong understanding of the recruitment landscape.

Responsibilities

- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks)
- Conduct screening calls to assess candidates qualifications
- Interview candidates and facilitate the hiring process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs of each department
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings




- Provide regular updates to management regarding recruitment progress and metrics

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple tasks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with social media recruiting strategies and platforms
