The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, with a focus on electronics manufacturing. This role will involve overseeing the entire production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and managing a team of production staff.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the production process of laptops and desktops from start to finish.
- Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline production and resolve any issues.
- Monitor production metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure the availability of components for production.

Skills and Qualifications

- 5-11 years of experience in production management or engineering in the electronics manufacturing sector.
