Job Responsibilities:
. Manage daily store operations including receipt, storage, and issue of materials.
. Maintain accurate stock records, GRN (Goods Receipt Notes), and issue registers.
. Maintain documentation of inward/outward materials, GRN, stock registers, and related
MIS reports.
. Ensure protected handling and storage of chemicals in compliance with statutory and company
guidelines.
. Implement inventory control practices (FIFO/FEFO) and conduct periodic stock audits.
. Coordinate with procurement, production, and accounts for timely material flow.
. Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
. Prepare and maintain MIS reports on inventory, stock levels,
and consumption.
. Monitor housekeeping and safety measures in the store area.
Key Requirements:
. Graduate/Diploma in any discipline (specialization in Materials Management preferred).
. 2 to 4 years of experience in stores/warehouse management chemical industry experience is
an added advantage.
. Knowledge of inventory control systems, ERP/SAP/Tally is an advantage.
. Familiarity with chemical handling, storage norms, and safety protocols.
. Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
