businessoutcomes.

KeyResponsibilities:

OwnthefullMLpipeline:dataingestion,cleaning,featureengineering,model

development,deployment,andmonitoring.

Buildandfine-tunemodelsusingPythonandframeworkslikeScikit-learn,XGBoost,

TensorFlow,orPyTorch.

DeploymodelsusingDatabricks,MLflow,andcloud-nativetools(preferablyAzure).

Developrobust,scalablepipelinesusingPySparkornativeDatabricksworkflows.

CollaboratewithBIanalystsandbusinessstakeholderstotranslaterequirementsinto

production-readysolutions.

Maintainandimproveexistingmodelsandpipelineswithminimalsupervision.

RequiredSkills:

3+yearsofexperienceinapplieddatascienceorMLengineering.





StrongPythonprogrammingskills,includingexperiencewithdatamanipulationandMLlibraries.

ExperiencewithDatabricksandcloud-basedMLdeployment(Azurepreferred).

AbilitytoworkindependentlyacrossthefullstackofMLdevelopmentanddeployment.

Familiaritywithversioncontrol(Git),CI/CD,andMLOpsbestpractices.

Excellentcommunicationskillsandabilitytoworkwithremoteteamsacrosstimezones.

NicetoHave

ExperiencewithdatapipelinedevelopmentusingPySparkorDeltaLake.

ExposuretoDocker,RESTAPIs,orreal-timeinference.

Priorexperienceworkinginamanufacturingorindustrialanalyticsenvironment.
