Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose and manage patients with cardiovascular diseases.
- Perform coronary angiography, angioplasty and other interventional cardiac procedures independently.
- Manage emergency cardiac interventions, including primary PCI for acute myocardial infarction.
- Perform cardiac catheterisation and other Cath Lab procedures while ensuring patient safety and adherence to international clinical standards.
- Implant and manage permanent pacemakers and other cardiac rhythm management devices.
- Provide comprehensive pre-procedure and post-procedure patient care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate medical records, procedure documentation and discharge summaries.
- Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives and clinical governance activities

- 09:00 AM - 01:00 PM
- 05:00 PM - 09:00 PM
General Criteria
- Minimum 3 years of post-specialisation experience is mandatory.
- Male Candidate
- Preference formid-level specialists with 4-6 years of experienceafter PG/Specialization.
- Preferred age:Up to 48 years.
- Candidates withOman DataFlow completed, Prometric cleared, or MOH Viva clearedwill be given priority.
- ForGastroenterologists and Interventional Cardiologists, candidates withDHA Exam cleared and Oman DataFlow completedcan also be considered.
- Monthly on-call duties may be required once or twice as per the duty roster.
Health Insurance:Coverage is provided for the employee. Eligible family members may be added by paying OMR 120 per person per year
