The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the administrative and technical management of major projects and acts as the primary bridge between executive leadership, the client, and field operations. The Project Engineer will do all technical tasks to assure accuracy, proper resources, and quality for the lifecycle of the project.

Key Responsibilities - Sr PM / PM / APM:

Supervise all activities related to project management, change orders, submittals, and other project engineering tasks

Directly supervise and train all team members assigned to project engineering vertical across different tiers

Schedule and facilitate all project meetings required to successfully coordinate work activity

Have thorough knowledge of all major project issues and priorities; prepare and submit weekly job status reports

Maintain thorough quality assurance / control standards and protocols across the company and individual projects

Provide general administrative and technical leadership for the project

Maintain all project records and monitor correspondence





Be the primary point of contact for initial estimating efforts of new projects in terms of hours and resources required for successful execution

Lead product development efforts for GDC team and supervise team members involved in phased developments

Develop and maintain positive working relationships with counterparts at both GDC and US entities

Lead coordination and communication with US project managers during daily project update meetings

Key Responsibilities - Sr Project Engineers (MEPF & Structure):

Participate / be involved in all activities related to project management, change orders, submittals, and other project engineering tasks

Undergo training and be familiar with all GDC services related to project engineering verticals

Participate in coordination and communication with Client's US project managers during daily project meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks

Have thorough understanding of industry construction practices and how facilities are designed and built in Indian and foreign markets

Work on all project engineering activities including 2D overlays, submittals, change orders, estimation, etc.

Assist project managers on initial estimating efforts of new projects in terms of hours and resources

Maintain positive working relationships with counterparts at both India and US entities

Maintain thorough quality assurance / control standards and protocols

Develop and lead training sessions for your team and trade partners

Take ownership of document management applications

Basic Qualifications:

Undergraduate or graduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, related discipline or relevant work experience





5-12+ years construction experience required; working for reputed construction/engineering firms preferred (AECOM, Ramboll, WSP, Bechtel, Stantec, Turner & Townsend, Turner Construction, Mace, Arup, Gleeds, Linesight, vConstruct, JLL, CBRE etc)

Demonstrated knowledge of change order and submittals management, and general project administration

Demonstrated ability reading drawings and specifications

Computer proficient including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace products

Experience managing projects successfully from start to finish

Skilled at negotiating and developing relationships with multiple stakeholders

Minimum 5 years supervisory experience required for Sr PM role

Project Management accreditations / industry affiliations preferred

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Interest and passion for building and industry

Preferred Skills:

Bluebeam / On-screen Takeoff / CostX / Planswift / Estimation software

Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, Navisworks, Revit, AutoCAD, Primavera P6, MS Project

Understanding of US construction practices, commercial high-rise building projects

Experience working on multi-story projects (Residential, Commercial, Parking Structures) for international clients (USA, UK)
