The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in Blue Prism development, production support, automation design, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of business processes. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, application teams, and support teams to ensure stable, scalable, and efficient automation services. Required Technical and Professional Experience + 7+ years of IT experience, including 4+ years of hands-on Blue Prism development and support in enterprise environments. + Solid expertise in Blue Prism (v6.x/v7.x), including Process Studio, Object Studio, workflow design, and automation development. + Proven experience in RPA solution design, development, testing, deployment, and environment migration across multiple environments. + Hands-on experience with Blue Prism Control Room operations, queue management, scheduling, monitoring, and bot administration. + Strong knowledge of exception handling, debugging, root cause analysis, and production support for business-critical automation processes. + Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, SQL development, and working knowledge of VB.NET for automation enhancements and integrations. + Experience working with SQL Server and Oracle databases, including query optimization, data analysis, and stored procedure development.
