Job Description We are seeking a QA Analyst with strong experience testing Microsoft Power Platform solutions, particularly Power Apps applications. This role will focus on validating homegrown business applications, executing test plans, and partnering with business and technical teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid QA foundation, experience building test cases and test scripts from requirements, and a robust understanding of how Power Apps applications function within the Microsoft ecosystem. This is not a developer role; rather, it is a hands-on testing role focused on functional quality, user acceptance testing, defect management, and overall application reliability. Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Power Apps and Power Platform solutions.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Validate business requirements and ensure applications meet functional and usability expectations.
Identify, document, track, and retest defects through resolution.
Collaborate closely with business users, developers, analysts, and project stakeholders.
Participate in requirements reviews and provide feedback on testability and potential risks.
Maintain testing documentation and test evidence.
Support release validation and production deployment testing activities.
Utilize Jira and Zephyr for defect tracking, test management, and reporting.
Communicate testing progress, risks, and quality concerns to project teams. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of Quality Assurance / Software Testing experience.
Experience testing Microsoft Power Apps and Power Platform solutions.

Defect Documentation
Strong understanding of QA methodologies and software testing life cycle (STLC).
Experience executing functional, regression, and UAT testing.
Experience using Jira for defect and project tracking.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for test tracking, validation, and reporting.
Ability to work directly with business users and technical teams.
Experience using Zephyr for test management.
Exposure to automated testing tools and automated test script development.
Experience testing workflow-based business applications.
Experience supporting enterprise financial, cost management, or operational systems.
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate and broader Power Platform capabilities.
