Job Description The Enterprise Service Management Language translation coordinator for Enterprise Service Management (ESM) COE team
partners with the ESM Language translation lead to deliver the language translation service across all PepsiCo Enterprise wide demand for translations. The role is responsible for ensuring language translation demand/services are delivered with high quality and meeting the expectations of customers/stakeholders. This role will execute the service leveraging both ServiceNow and the Smartling Translation management system (TMS). The ESM Language translation coordinator will deliver translation projects end-to-end, consulting with customers on requirements, completing any necessary file prep for ingestion into Smartling platform, performing quality checks as needed, and ensuring final product delivery to customer. As part of this service delivery, this role drives adherence to best practices for translation, including maintenance of translation glossaries, translation memory, and proper workflow for the requirement. This role also plays a supportive role in the business relationship with Smartling SaaS solution, driving for and implementing continuous improvements based on customer feedback. Skills and Requirements - 3 to 6 years in translation roles.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in implementing or supporting enterprise solutions (e.g., business analyst, translation services, configuration, development, project coordination).
- Preferred experience in managing or delivering language translations in collaboration with translation agencies.




- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in English; native speaker with desired language combinations (Polish-Ukrainian-Russian, Turkish-German, Mandarin-Vietnamese).
- Strong ability to work collaboratively and proactively with global multi-functional teams.
- Preferred experience in project coordination or as a business analyst, with a keen attention to detail, grammar, and excellent collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex information effectively.
- Experience in Translation Management Systems, Project Coordination or CAT tools.
- Proven experience working on global projects or implementations.
