Key Responsibilities:

- Design develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts for Salesforce applications
- Validate Salesforce functionalities across Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud and custom implementations
- Perform Functional Regression Integration System UAT and End to End testing
- Test Salesforce workflows approval processes validation rules reports dashboards and automation
- Validate integrations between Salesforce and external applications using APIs middleware and third party systems
- Perform data migration and data validation testing
- Execute API testing for Salesforce integrations
- Identify log track and verify defects using defect management tools
- Collaborate with Business Analysts Developers Administrators and Product Owners
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous quality improvements
- Prepare test execution reports and quality metrics
