nKey Responsibilities
N
- Handle inbound & outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp and follow-ups.
N
- Counsel students for UG & PG / Study Abroad programs.
N
- Understand student profiles, career goals and requirements.
N
- Recommend suitable courses, universities and study destinations.
N
- Handle queries, objections and guide students through the admission journey.
N
- Convert leads into successful applications/admissions and achieve sales targets.
N
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update leads through CRM.
N
- Build strong relationships and ensure a smooth student experience.
N
nRequirements
N✅ Minimum 1+ Yearexperience in Sales / Counselling
N✅ Any Ed-Tech sales/counselling experience is acceptable
N✅ UG/PG counselling experience preferred
N✅ Excellent communicationskills in English & Hindi
N✅ Solid convincing, negotiation & objection-handling skills
N✅ Target-oriented and comfortable working 6 days a week
