nRole Overview
NWe are looking for an experienced EHS professional to lead global Workplace, Health & Safety (EHS), Sustainability, Compliance, and Governance initiatives across the organization. The role will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, driving sustainability programs, managing audits, strengthening governance frameworks, and leading continuous improvement initiatives across global locations.

nKeyResponsibilities

- Lead and strengthen the global EHS management system across all locations. N
- Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, health, safety, fire, and building regulations. N
- Drive ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 compliance, audits, certifications, and continuous improvements. N
- Manage internal and external audits, track corrective actions, and ensure audit readiness. N
- Support and execute sustainability and ESG initiatives, including energy efficiency,



waste reduction, and carbon footprint management. N
- Lead EHS digitalization, process standardization, automation, and transformation projects. N
- Establish governance frameworks, conduct risk assessments, and monitor compliance controls. N
- Oversee compliance calendars, permits, inspections, and regulatory submissions across locations. N
- Partner with Facilities, HR, Security, Procurement, Legal, Risk, and Operations teams to drive compliance and safety objectives. N
- Deliver training programs, emergency drills, awareness campaigns, and best-practice initiatives. N
- Lead, mentor, and develop the EHS team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. N
