nAbout the Role
NWe are looking for a responsible and organized Accounts & Operations Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, customer account coordination, administrative activities, and back-office operations. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with customers, sales, accounts, and technical support teams.

Roles & Responsibilities N

nAccounts & Billing

- Prepare and send customer invoices and quotations as required. N
- Maintain accurate customer billing and account information. N
- Follow up with customers regarding pending and overdue payments. N
- Maintain payment records and coordinate payment collection. N
- Provide customers with accurate information regarding invoices, payments, balances, and account status. N

nCustomer Account Management

- Maintain completeand up-to-date customer records. N
- Manage customer contracts, agreements, SLAs, and related documentation. N
- Monitor contract expiration dates, renewals, amendments, and pending paperwork. N
- Communicate with customers professionally regarding billing, contracts, and account-related matters. N
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers through timely and friendly communication. N

nAdministration & Back-Office Operations

- Maintain organized digital and physical records. N
- Manage day-to-day administrative and back-office activities. N
- Coordinate between management, sales, accounts, and technical support teams. N
- Track pending tasks andensure timely follow-up and completion. N
- Prepare regular operational and management reports. N
- Maintain internal databases, spreadsheets, customer information, and documentation. N
