- In-depth researchand analysis of legal provisions. N
- Drafting of advice, opinions and compliance reports N
- Preparation of Power Point presentations for client meetings, trainings, seminars etc. N
- Analysis of client datafor estimating tax impact on business transactions N
- Scenario building for identifying most tax efficient business model N
- Contributing in form ofarticles, monographs, etc N
- Preparing reply to Showcause notice/audit replies. N
- Meeting with the tax officers for hearing as and when required N
- Preparing tax appeals to be filed at the Joint Commissioner (Appeals) N
- Preparing tax appeals to be filed at the Court. N
- Assisting seniors for representation before various judicial forums. N
- Comprehensive research on various topics. N

nClient service delivery/execution:

- n
- Ability to proactively identify and discuss technical issues with clients while being mindful of firm risk issues N




- Handle tax matters withregard to preparation of submissions, replies to notices, appeals etc., meeting the tax authorities, representation during appeals along with seniors etc. N
- Executes the work on a multiple client base. Assumes near independent responsibility for smaller clients N
- Develops rapport with middle layers of client management. N
