NWe are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Analysts / Associates to support our Direct Tax practice. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who are keen to build a strong foundation in tax research, documentation, and litigation support.

NResearch & Analysis

- Conduct detailed research on provisions of the Income Tax Act, allied tax laws, rules, circulars, and notifications. N
- Study and analyze relevant judicial precedents from various forums including ITAT, High Courts, and Supreme Court to support ongoing matters. N
- Assist in identifying key legal issues in assigned cases and prepare structured summaries of findings. N
- Support senior team members by providing research inputs for assessments, appeals, and advisory assignments. N
- Track and compile updates on changes in tax laws, judicial developments, and regulatory amendments. N
- Prepare concise research notes and reference materials to assist in litigation and advisory work. N
