NThe Candidate will lead team and drive B2B sales for solar solutions by managing a team of telesales executives focused on generating and converting leads from commercial and industrial clients. This role requires solid expertise in consultative selling, pipeline management, and understanding of solar products such as rooftop systems, EPC solutions, and energy savings models.

- Hire, train, and managea telesales team focused on B2B clients (SMEs, commercial, and industrial sectors). Drive performance through continuous coaching and motivation. N
- B2B Lead Generation & Conversion: N




- Oversee outbound calling campaigns to generate qualified leads for solar rooftop and EPC projects. Ensure high conversion rates from lead to site visit/closure. N
- Sales Strategy (Solar Focus): N
- Develop targeted telesales strategies for different segments (factories, warehouses, commercial buildings, institutions). Create effective pitch scripts highlighting ROI, cost savings, and sustainability benefits. N
- Pipeline & CRM Management: N
- Monitor lead funnel, follow-ups, and closures through CRM. Ensure accurate tracking of prospects, proposals, and deal stages. N
- Performance Monitoring: N
