NLoomlife is building an Indian craft luxury house rooted in handloom, artisan expertise, and textile innovation. We are looking for a Textile Design graduate from the National Institute of Design (NID) with robust, hands-on experience in textile development and design to join our Noida office.
NKey responsibilities

- Develop original textiles and collections, from research and concepts through sampling and production readiness. N
- Work extensively on yarn selection, fabric construction, weave structures, textures, colours, and finishes. N
- Develop motifs, prints,embroidery layouts, and coordinated colour palettes. N
- Collaborate directly with weavers, artisans, and craft clusters to translate designs into high-quality textiles. N
- Prepare clear technicalbriefs, review samples, resolve development issues, and maintain quality standards. N




- Coordinate development timelines and document specifications, samples, and approvals. N

nWhat we’relooking for

- n
- A degree in Textile Design from NID. N
- 3–4 years of substantial practical experience in textile design and development, with a portfolio demonstrating work from concept to finished fabric. N
- Strong understanding ofhandloom textiles, natural fibres, weaving, dyeing, printing, and surface techniques. N
- Experience working withartisan clusters and translating traditional techniques into contemporary products. N
- Attention to detail, ownership of execution, and willingness to travel to craft clusters. N
- Ability to work full-time from our Noida office. N
