​Role Summary

- ​We are seeking a qualified and experienced Consultant Gynecologist & Obstetrician to run daily outpatient department (OPD) consultations on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based clinical care, routine antenatal/postnatal checks, addressing diverse gynecological conditions, and guiding patients through appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic care pathways.
- ​This position offers flexible scheduling (morning or evening slots) and attractive compensation structured to reward clinical expertise and patient satisfaction.

​Key Responsibilities

​1. Outpatient Consultations

- ​Conduct daily OPD consultations (2 to 4 hours per day, 6 days a week or mutually agreed schedule).
- ​Manage routine and high-risk antenatal care (ANC), postnatal checkups, family planning, adolescent gynecology, and menopausal health.
- ​Diagnose and treat reproductive tract infections, menstrual disorders, PCOD/PCOS, infertility, uterine fibroids, and pelvic floor disorders.

​2. Clinical Care & Protocols

- ​Prescribe rational medical management, diagnostic tests, and ultrasound evaluations aligned with standard national and international guidelines.
- ​Screen for cervical and breast cancers (Pap smears, pelvic exams, routine clinical breast screenings).
- ​Maintain clear, thorough, and confidential electronic/physical medical records and clinical notes.

​3. Interventions & Referrals (Optional / Case-by-Case)





- ​Perform or recommend minor outpatient procedures (e.g., Pap smear, IUCD insertion/removal, cervical cautery/biopsy).
- ​Guide surgical candidates toward planned admissions, daycare procedures, or higher-tier inpatient care as needed.
- ​Optional: Opportunities for emergency call coverage or surgical cases (laparoscopy, normal delivery, LSCS) on an attractive fee-per-case model.

​Qualifications & Requirements

​Education:

- ​MBBS from an NMC/MCI-recognized institution.
- ​Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma: MD / MS / DNB / DGO in Obstetrics & Gynecology.

​Experience:

- ​Minimum 1–3+ years of post-qualification clinical experience in a hospital or established clinic setting.
- ​Registration: Valid medical registration with the Uttar Pradesh Medical Council or Delhi Medical Council (DMC).

​Skills:

- ​Compassionate bedside manner and strong patient communication skills.
- ​Proficiency in handling busy OPD schedules smoothly.
- ​Ethical medical practice and collaborative attitude toward allied staff and resident medical officers.
