Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment
• Source and screen candidates
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain recruitment trackers and HR records
• Support onboarding and employee engagement activities
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring process

✅ What We're Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in HR or Recruitment
• Strong communication skills
• Good understanding of sourcing and interview coordination
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn




• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or ATS platforms is a plus
