From sourcing ingredients to getting products into customers' hands, you'll play a role in delivering the brands people know and love. **About the role:** Function -Engineering & Maintenance - Asset Care Reporting - Manager - Engineering & Maintenance **Key Responsibilities -** **Asset Care** -Own asset care for bottling lines; ensure equipment basic conditions and reliability. **Preventive Maintenance Execute PM plan** ; ensure PM compliance and timely closure. Predictive Maintenance Monitor vibration, thermography, lubrication and equipment condition. Breakdown **Maintenance Troubleshoot breakdown** ; minimize MTTR and production downtime. RCA & Reliability Conduct RCA / 5-Why for chronic failures and implement permanent corrective actions. **OEE Improvement -** Drive improvement in Availability, Performance and Quality losses. Bottling Equipment Maintain filler, rinser, capper, labeller, conveyors, packer, palletizer and inspection systems. **Autonomous Maintenance** -Support AM activities, defect tagging, cleaning, inspection, lubrication and tightening. Spare Management Identify critical spares, monitor consumption and ensure availability. Continuous Improvement Implement Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, **Reporting Track-** OEE, MTBF, MTTR, PM compliance, breakdowns and maintenance losses. Key KPIs OEE / Equipment Availability / MTBF / MTTR / PM Compliance / Breakdown Hours / Repeat Failures **Qualification:** Diploma / B.E.



/ B.Tech - Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Instrumentation. **Experience** -3-5 years in bottling / beverage / FMCG / liquor manufacturing maintenance. **Core Skills** Bottling equipment in liquor Industry, TPM, RCA, FMEA, OEE, predictive maintenance, SAP PM and troubleshooting. **Working with us** Flexibility is key to our success.
