**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled **ServiceNow Business Analyst** to join our dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutions, ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and facilitating agile development methodologies to drive efficiency and automation. **Key Responsibilities:** + Serve as a **Business Analyst** for agile development teams, leading sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. + Collaborate with business leaders, process owners, and IT teams to **gather and analyze requirements** for ServiceNow implementations. + Conduct **workshops and stakeholder interviews** to understand pain points, business challenges, and optimization opportunities. + Act as a liaison between business teams and IT, ensuring that ServiceNow solutions align with organizational objectives. + Facilitate **User Acceptance Testing (UAT)** activities, gathering feedback to validate system functionality.
