Education: 12th Pass / Graduate JOB ROLE Handle franchise enquiry calls, qualify genuine prospects, fix sales meetings and follow up with interested customers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Call new franchise enquiry leads. Understand budget, location & business requirement. Explain basic franchise information. Identify Hot/Warm/Cold leads. Fix meetings for Franchise Sales Executives. Follow up with interested & pending leads. Confirm meetings through Call/WhatsApp. Update CRM/Excel and daily call records. Submit daily calling & follow-up report. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling & meeting targets.



PRACTICAL TARGETS 200 Calls/Day | 50+ Connected Calls | 3+ Qualified Meetings/Day REQUIREMENTS Valuable communication & convincing skills. Marathi + Hindi + Basic English. Good follow-up and sales attitude. Comfortable with WhatsApp, Excel & CRM. Target-oriented and confident. Freshers can apply. SALARY & INCENTIVES Salary: _15,000_______ – __18,000______/Month
