We are looking for experienced AI engineers/ developers who have very strong skills in Python, and have worked on projects leveraging Generative AI (GPT models, LLM frameworks such as LangGraph, Neo4j, Multi-Agentic solutions with Orchestration, MCP/A2A protocols) and also traditional ML approaches (classification, clustering etc.). In addition, they should be savvy with data pipeline builds (SQL etc), data preprocessing, transformation and analytics. If candidates have worked with Cloud infrastructure such as MS Azure that will be an added advantage for us. Here are the details: Programming Proficiency: Skilled in programming languages such as Python. Working knowledge of AI algorithms and model development, with a focus on NLP and LLMs. Knowledge of SQL and ETL design patterns. Good understanding of AI development frameworks, including LLM tools such as vector databases, LangChain, LangGraph, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, and prompt engineering. Familiar in implementing multi-agent AI architectures, including multi-agent orchestration workflows (MCP and A2A protocols). Good knowledge of traditional AI/ML algorithms, deep learning and predictive modelling approaches such as: decision trees, regression analysis, neural networks, classification, clustering, and other data mining techniques.



Positive analytical skills with a solid understanding of data modeling techniques to transform data using SQL. Familiarity in using APIs, RESTful web services and data connectors. Awareness with source code control systems such as GitLab and build tools for Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Big Data analytics using Hybrid Cloud and on-premises technologies Proven experience in developing and deploying AI models with strong understanding of deep learning techniques. Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Experience with NLP techniques and tools Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for AI deployment. The candidate will contribute to consulting growth by supporting the development of Generative AI led offerings and implement proof of concepts/ demos. They should be up to date with latest developments in this field and be able to articulate solutions to clients. They will also support RFP, proposals and thought leadership development in this area. They will be responsible for maintaining all assets including frameworks, demos and refreshing them periodically to keep the assets relevant. We expect the candidate to be passionate, curious and enthusiastic about AI/Gen AI. They are expected to provide technical expertise and guidance on AI best practices and methodologies.
