nAbout the Role
nOmega Hires is looking for an experienced and highly driven Business Development Manager – US IT Staffing to lead new client acquisition, sales, revenue generation, and business growth in the US staffing market.
nThe ideal candidate should have a strong track record of winning new US staffing clients, generating revenue, building sales pipelines, negotiating staffing contracts, and developing long-term client relationships. Candidates must have prior experience working with a US-based staffing/recruitment company and a strong understanding of the US IT staffing ecosystem.

nKey Responsibilities
nBusiness Development & New Client Acquisition

- n
- Drive new business development and revenue generation for US IT Staffing services.n
- Identify, prospect, and acquire current direct clients, MSPs, VMS accounts, and enterprise customers.n




- Develop a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and market research.n
- Identify and engage HR Leaders, Talent Acquisition Heads, Procurement Leaders, Hiring Managers, and C-level decision-makers.n
- Conduct client discovery calls, presentations, capability discussions, and business meetings.n
- Develop customized staffing solutions based on client workforce requirements.n

nSales & Revenue Generation

- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting → lead generation → qualification → proposal → negotiation → contract closure → account growth.n
- Prepare and present proposals, pricing models, staffing solutions, and service agreements.n
- Negotiate rates, markups, contracts, commercial terms, and SLAs.n
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.n
