- Own the accuracy and US GAAP compliance of all client accounting and bookkeeping deliverables.n
- Act as the final reviewer before client delivery.n
- Mentor accountants, standardize processes, and continuously improve the team‘s US GAAP proficiency.n
- Protect client trust through rigorous quality control and capability-building.n

- Define and maintain QA checklists, SOPs, and control points.n
- Cover quality controls across:n
- General ledgern
- Reconciliationsn
- AP/ARn
- Month-end closen
- Financial statement preparationn
nFinal Review & Sign-Off

- Perform final sign-off reviews of all client deliverables.n
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and US GAAP compliance before delivery.n
nError Prevention & Quality Metrics

- Identify root causes of recurring errors.n
- Drive corrective and preventive actions.n
- Track quality metrics including:n
- Error ratesn

- On-time deliveryn
- Report quality metrics to leadership and clients.n
nTraining & Mentoring

- Build and deliver structured US GAAP training.n
- Coach accountants.n
- Maintain a knowledge base to standardize accounting treatment and processes across the team.n
nTechnical & Escalation Support

- Act as the escalation point for complex accounting questions and quality matters.n
- Keep internal standards updated with evolving US GAAP.n
