- Identify current clients and generation leads.n
- Execute and close deals relating to Rentals & Resale’s.n
- Handle legal & other documentation pertaining to the same.n
- Maintaining profitable relationship with clients.n
- Understanding the client’s requirements and suggesting properties to suit the same.n
- Recording customer information (both requirements and availability) in MS Excel & C4C.n
- Recording all the rental & resale transaction completed by the individual.n
- Communication with customer and understand the query and offer solution.n
- Accompany customers and present the available property.n
- Prepare profile of the property – Presentation (PPT).n
- Attending to all the leads assigned by the back end team.n
- Account the property transaction and updating the same to the reporting manager.n
- To carry out all other responsibilities assigned by your reporting manager.n
