- Identify and research potential US clients.n
- Generate new business leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other platforms.n
- Connect with decision-makers and hiring managers.n
- Introduce our recruitment and staffing services to prospective clients.n
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.n
- Follow up with prospects and identify new business opportunities.n
- Maintain daily activity and prospecting reports.n
- Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client requirements.n
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly prospecting targets.n
