nWe are looking for a talented and hands-on Backend Developer with 3+ years of experience to join our engineering team. The candidate should have strong expertise in Python, Go, and PostgreSQL, with a good understanding of building scalable backend systems and APIs.
nThe ideal candidate is a strong problem solver who can understand complex business requirements, design practical technical solutions, and independently build production-ready systems.
nWe also expect engineers to be comfortable using AI-powered development tools to improve coding productivity, debugging, testing, documentation, and overall engineering efficiency.
nExposure to AI, LLMs, or Agentic AI is a plus but not mandatory.

nKey Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python and Go.n
- Build reliable, secure, and high-performance backend systems for enterprise applications.n
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases, queries, schemas, indexes, and data models.n




- Understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.n
- Participate in system design and architecture discussions.n
- Develop RESTful APIs and backend services that can scale with business requirements.n
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-tested code.n
- Debug complex technical problems and perform root-cause analysis.n
- Optimize application performance, database queries, and backend services.n
- Work closely with frontend, DevOps, QA, and product teams.n
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.n
- Use AI coding tools effectively for code generation, refactoring, debugging, testing, documentation, and development assistance.n
- Continuously evaluate and adopt up-to-date engineering tools and practices.n
