The responsibilities of the Counselor/Sr. Counsellor includes Engaging with potential students to share information about courses, admissions, and financial assistance, while fostering robust connections and meeting enrollment objectives.

nKey Responsibilities:

- Engage with prospective students via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to understand their educational goals.n
- Provide detailed information about programs, university partnerships, and career outcomes.n
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into admissions.n
- Meet and exceed Weekly/monthly/quarterly enrollment targets.n




- Maintain a high conversion rate from inquiry to admission.n
- Assist students in application submission, fee payment, and documentation.n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential learners.n
- Guide students through financial aid, scholarships, and installment plans.n
- Stay updated on trending courses, competitor programs, and industry requirements.n

- Bachelor’s degree in any stream.n
- Excellent active listening and communication skills.n
- Excellent interpersonal and mediation skills.n
