nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Manage and support TKG clusters across Non-Prod, UAT, Production, and DR environments.n
- Troubleshoot Kubernetes issues related to pods, nodes, networking, ingress, storage, and RBAC.n
- Install, configure, and manage Kong API Gateway, services, routes, plugins, and certificates.n
- Support Kong HA setup, upgrades, backup, rollback, and performance tuning.n
- Configure monitoring and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Jaeger.n
- Handle production incidents, RCA, failover, and DR activities.n

nRequired Skills

- n
- Strong experience in TKG and Kubernetes administration.n
- Hands-on experience with Kong API Gateway.n
- Solid Linux and scripting knowledge.n
- Experience with Docker, Helmn
- Good understanding of SSL, API security, certificates, and RBAC.n
- Experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support.n

nPreferred Skills
n
- n
- Experience with VMware vSphere, NSX, AVI, and Harbor.n
- Knowledge of Istio, microservices, and service mesh.n
- Exposure to banking or enterprise environments.n
- Familiarity with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and Redis.n
