About the RolenWe are looking for a Finance Intern to support our day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
nThis role is suitable for a student or fresher who is interested in gaining practical experience in bookkeeping, expense management, financial documentation, reconciliations, reporting, and NGO compliance.
Key Responsibilitiesn

- Maintain daily accounting and expense recordsn
- Track reimbursements and other expensesn
- Assist with invoice and bill processingn
- Support bank, cash, and expense reconciliationsn
- Maintain financial trackers and cash-flow spreadsheetsn
- Assist in preparing financial reports and MISn
- Organize financial documents for audits and compliancen
- Support documentation and coordination for statutory and compliance requirements, as applicablen
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for finance-related informationn
- Support other day-to-day finance and administrative activitiesn
Qualifications & Skillsn
- n
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) student or freshern
- Basic understanding of accounting principlesn
- Valuable working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheetsn
- Knowledge of Tally or Zoho Books is an advantagen
- Good attention to detail and documentation skillsn
- Strong organizational and follow-up skillsn
- Good communication and coordination skillsn
- Ability to handle confidential financial information responsiblyn
