nWe are looking for a Sr. Social Media Manager / Client Delivery Manager who will own end-to-end delivery and client success for a set of clients.
n

nAt Digital Mojo, clients are managed in small, dedicated teams (called pods).
nEach pod works like a mini-agency, responsible for strategy, execution, performance, and client satisfaction.
nYou will act as the single owner for your clients — coordinating social media, performance marketing, creatives, and execution — while ensuring quality, timelines, and results.
nThis is not a coordination-only role.
nThis is an ownership role.

nA pod is a small, dedicated client team consisting of:

nYou will lead this team and be accountable for outcomes.
nKey Responsibilities1. Client Ownership & Communication

- Be the single point of contact for 6–7 clientsn
- Lead weekly/monthly client callsn




- Understand client business goals and pressure pointsn
- Set expectations clearly and manage scopen
- Handle escalations calmly and proactivelyn

n2. Strategy & Planning

- n
- Own monthly plans and priorities for each clientn
- Align social media, performance marketing, and creatives into one plann
- Use performance insights to guide content and campaignsn
- Ensure all execution supports business outcomesn

n3. Team & Delivery Management

- n
- Manage a small delivery team assigned to your clientsn
- Allocate work clearly and avoid overlapsn
- Ensure all deliverables are on time and high qualityn
- Maintain execution discipline and standardsn

n4. Performance Oversight

- n
- Review and understand key performance metrics (CPL, ROAS, CTR, conversions)n
- Work closely with performance marketers to course-correctn
- Ensure performance reports are accurate and meaningf
