nSucessFactors certifications in Compensation
n 2. Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in
n an SAP SuccessFactors setting.
n 3. Designing and Implementing of end to end compensation cycles
n workflows and business rules.
n 4. Linking the business requirements to the system capabilities to
n optimise the Compensation solution
n 5. Experience in working with Integrations to third party systems for
n payroll.Good to Have:1. Additional certification in any other SAP SuccessFactors module
n 2. Knowledge in Variable pay configurations
n 3. Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the
n customer‘s current process and future state requirements.
