- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules – Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits, Performance, Recruitment, T&L;, Workforce Managementn
- Experience with Implementations of Oracle Cloud HCMn
- Understanding of Business requirements, Challenges & Ability to provide Solutions, Presenting value propositionn
- Lead Pre-Sales with focus on Oracle HCM Cloud – Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits, T&L;, Workforce Managementn
- Understand customer requirements and present Solutions/POVn
- Own Response to RFP, RFIn
- SME on HCM modulesn
- Own, Prepare and Deliver Product Demos, POCs and Solution presentations independentlyn
- Support GTM initiativesn
- Collaborate with Sales/Vertical Teamn
- Willing to Travel on short term – essentialn
- Valuable communication skillsn
